Tuesday, April 28, 2026 @ 7:00 PM - Sooke Community Hall – Lower Level Dining Room

The Sooke and District Minor Hockey Association (SDMHA) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be held in person and is open to SDMHA members in good standing.

All members present will be entered into a draw for free league fees for the 2026/27 season (rep fees excluded).

The AGM provides members the opportunity to:

• Review the operations of the association

• Elect vacant Executive Board positions

• Share feedback and help shape the future of SDMHA

1. Roll call;

2. Establishment of quorum;

3. Approval of minutes;

4. Correspondence;

5. President’s report;

6. Vice President Operation’s report;

7. Vice President Administration’s report;

8. Treasurer’s report;

9. Approval of financial statements;

10. Amendments to Bylaws;

11. General or new business;

12. Elections; and

13. Adjournment.
